  that's when the org holds its annual meeting.

  not that many years back, it used to be hyped beforehand with favored ones getting special invites.

  i see this phrase a lot: "the indication of a cult is what happens when you leave.

  " i'm not sure where that originated, but it is a faulty categorization.

  "cult" is almost always used in a derogatory way.

  Hailstones?

  when i was interested in things jw two decades or so ago, i never came across these mentions of hailstones.

  it crops up so often now that it's almost a meme!

  when did it become a thing in jw speak, and what does it refer to?.

  Should the Borg move with this hailstone message and go with the judgement message,,,they're stuck with it. There's no going back.

  After months,,then years then decades go by and no big 'A',,,they're stuck with the judgement message.

  Thats why the constant ramped-up anticipation of the big "A",, to keep the victims on edge.

  Theres NO going back after the judgement message.

  I do believe that the mindset of JWs,,is on parallel with the Jonestown.

  Its evident with how they practice.

  I cant see 8 plus million people drinking poison-laced kool aid all at once.

  But the mindset is there. Minds held captive to these 9 grifters in New York hanging on every word they say.

  An observation from this video.

  In Deuteronomy,,Moses passes away and I believe he doesn't make it to the "promised land"

  The NWT,,or it is claimed Moses wrote the pentateuc or the first 5 books of the bible.

  If this is the case,,how can Moses talk about his own death? And talks about where he is burried. How can someone talk about their own death and where they're burried?

  Since the Borg claims the Bible is Divine inspired,,,this is where the headaches from cognitive dissonance kick in.

  Before you lay your life on the line,,,,like for a deadly blood policy,,,consider,,is this from a Bible which is Divine inspired?? Or just from a bunch of grifters making man-made rules as they go along?
